2) How Can I Help You?
Creating Wellness 101 is here to provide you with convenient,
quality & tranquil foot care, at my-home clinic or client's home/at-work.
Reflexology can be a benefit for all people;
as a source of relaxation and complementing other forms of therapy/medical treatments.
I start by gently assessing the skin of the feet and calves, under which lies the 74 pressure points for the nervous, cardivascular, lymphatic and muscular systems; and the organs.
I then carefully try to ease any swelling, hardness, tension, etc; in the body tissue from the calves down to the tip of the toes.
3) All clinic sessions, will be at my Kitchener location:
- 342 Victoria St S Kitchener, at the corner with Patricia St
diagonally across from ENOVA (Kitchener-Wilmot) Hydro,
(down the street from St Mary's Hospital or City Cafe),
fence with blue posts & black pickets(lots of summer flowers in front yard)
- the next major intersections are Victoria & Belmont to the south(westerly), or Victoria & Strange/West to the north(easterly)
- driveway is off of Patricia, clinic/treatment area is through entrance off of deck
(park car in driveway, go up 3rise stair, walk across 5 steps to next 3rise stair, across 2 steps, through the door into the foyer)
4)
As a Certified & Registered Ontario College of Reflexology Foot Reflexologist,
who is Insured, Registered and Police checked,
My Goal is to Provide the Healing Benefits of Reflexology
- to all in need, at my home-office, or mobile, as arranged.
My home-clinic service makes it easy for clients to fit in a session as they are driving about running errands or who have a hectic household.
My mobile service makes it easier for clients who have busy schedules, limited mobility
or who can not travel outside of their homes, to enjoy some quiet relaxation time and soothing foot reflexology.
An initial "60min" session with a brief consultation, helps to determine a recommended action plan for all 1st time clients.
As all people are unique - your body will react individually to this treatment.
You may feel immediate changes or you may feel gradual changes over a number of sessions.
Each session is documented so that we can monitor any progress of "tender" reflexes, gritty deposits or other conditions found; complementing treatments by your Chiropractor, Massage Therapist, Medical Doctor, Physical Therapist, Podiatrist, etc... .
The frequency and length of the sessions is determined by you, I only make recommendations.
Should you have any concerns about Reflexology interacting with your other forms of therapy or medication, please see your MD/GP first or contact myself via the contact form.
My set up is with the massage table, together with supportive pillows, a sheet, light blanket & neck pillow to aid in your comfort - as the massage table, is more conducive to full relaxation and possibly sleep.
For mobile sessions, clients sometimes like to relax in their own recliner or lie on their bed with their feet near the end, or I bring my zero gravity chair or portable massage table.
I ask that clients wear pants that can be rolled/pulled up to the knee, so that I can properly clean the foot, ankle and calf, and then work on this area with a safflower/sunflower or hypo-allergenic baby moisturizer.
I tend to include reflex clean-out, relaxation massage, lymphatic massage & traction work between sections, which I find helps clients/muscles & tendons to relax.
I ask clients at the beginning of the session, to let me know if at anytime the treatment feels uncomfortable or hurts, so that I can modify the treatment.
The goal of each session is for the client to feel relaxed, refreshed and rejuvenated.
Sessions are booked by first request, so please book early so that you aren't disappointed.
I do keep a short list in case I have cancellations.
Please contact me by text, phone call, email/Facebook, LinkedIn/Twitter, etc...

5) A Little About Myself - Rafaela Gollek:
2024: Happy New Year to You All. I will start studying the Hand Reflexology, to expand my ability to help others. When I reach chapter 5, I will be looking to work on volunteers.
2023: Surprised to be doing so well after the effects of cancer and brain scarring. I(and the specialists) am constantly re-assessing myself to achieve goals; to be as healthy, thoughtful & helpful as possible.
2019: I was surprised with brain & blood cancer.
Thanks to the dedication of all who worked on, for and with me; plus those that thought for me - I am back.
2010: I injured myself and came to the realization that I needed to find another career.
I have always been interested in people's health, accumulating a large file on various topics as well as doing online research for family, friends and myself.
Through my research I found Foot Reflexology, the Ontario College of Reflexology, the Grand River Reflexology
Associates and saw that this was an new start for myself.
The Members of Grand River Reflexologists Association as well as number of other local therapists have been a tremendous helping in mentoring me.
I am proud to say that I graduated on June 2nd, 2014 with a 95% average for Foot Reflexology.
I am aiming to continue my studies with Hand Reflexology, Massage/Physio, Nutrition, Neuro-Bio-Chemistry; plus I leave the future open for other studies.
The best way for You to contact me:
1) text/phone(please leave a msg if I can't answer): (1-)519-504-2047
2) email: [email protected] (please check your spam mail.)
